As a Navy pilot, I learned that high performance isn't just about achieving results—it’s about creating the conditions for individuals and teams to thrive. Landing a jet on the deck of a moving aircraft carrier demands precision, focus, and adaptability. Leading a team through the challenges of a combat deployment requires trust, clear communication, and the ability to inspire a shared sense of purpose.

In high-pressure environments, I saw how people grow and perform at their best when they are aligned with a clear mission, supported by strong leadership, and given opportunities to contribute meaningfully. Flourishing, whether on the flight deck or in the boardroom, comes from balancing discipline with autonomy, accountability with trust, and challenges with growth. It’s about creating a culture where individuals not only meet the demands in front of them but also develop into more capable, resilient, and fulfilled versions of themselves.

Beyond my operational experience, I’ve served in strategic roles across cultures and industries, helping diverse teams solve complex problems and deliver results. Through Reef Point Performance, I leverage these lessons to help leaders and organizations unlock their full potential. My coaching and consulting approach combines the rigor of military aviation with human-centered leadership strategies that foster growth, connection, and performance.
